Wii Emulator Actually Works!

I’ve been an emulator buff for a while, but generally emulators seem to only work well after the console has been off the market for several years.

Well, I found a Wii emulator that not only works, but works rather well.  The games I tried on it work very well with little sound or graphical defects (I’m still testing it though). There are lots of configuration options, but the default settings seem to be fine on my test machine (Intel e6600 with ATI 4870 video card).

The emulator I speak of is Dolphin and you can visit their website here.

This emulator will help OCmodshop by allowing us to preview games, take custom screenshots, and even video.  Usually to do this we’ve had to use “developer” versions of the consoles.
