It really grinds my gears when news posters leave in all the Reigstered Trademarks symbols in their news items.  I understand when it’s an official press release because there are legal issues to contend with.  To someone reading your news, however, it just looks like you copied and pasted the damn thing, so you are just parroting what the Marketing Machine wants to tell you.

Real news is viral and word-of-mouth.  Just like you shouldn’t actually say “LOL” out loud; you don’t say “Check out this Intel (registered trademark) Core (trademark) processor”.

Stop it.
