Englide launched the new n.zero hydro case fans with long-life hydro bearing

The hydro fans come to the retailers as n.zero hydro, with high quality and noiseless cooling as usual. Like the n.zero and n.zero classic, it comes in two dimensions, 80x80x25mm and 120x120x25mm, however thanks to the hydrodynamic system, the new case fans have more life-spam with the same rpm.
With the priority of market requirements and consumer reactions another innovation is the 120mm n.zero hydro 1.2K with 1200rpm, which makes a minimal growth on the noise level but makes much the largest performance in airflow.

MSI NF980-G65 Mainboard/Motherboard

While your computer may be used for several things, whether work related or for entertainment purposes; usually the components on the inside were aimed for both options. MSI's new motherboard, the NF980-G65 pushes all other options aside and screams, I was meant for gaming! The NF890 is in every way, a motherboard meant for the gamer enthusiast. Supporting 3-way SLI, the latest AM3 based processors (Phenom II), allowing for an easy overclocking switch and MSI's Active Phase Switching for those who sometimes may feel the need to go green when they are not fragging (or being fragged).

7-Way Intel P55 Motherboard Round-Up

One year after its introduction, Intel Core i7 processors remain unchallenged in the high-end desktop segment. However with the recent introduction of the Core i5 and the LGA1156 platform, all of a sudden we no longer feel the need to stretch out the budget and look into buying a Core i7 920 one way or the other.

So, should you decide to go with the Core i5 750 processor, the next and possibly most difficult choice is which motherboard to purchase. Already there are over 40 possible motherboard options to choose from and today we'll be taking a look at quite a few of the better examples.

Our round-up comprises products from the likes of Asrock, Asus, DFI, ECS, EVGA, Gigabyte and MSI. In total we have 7 motherboards ranging in price from $120 to $250, so there should be something for everyone.

Kingston SSDNow V Series 40GB Solid State Drive Review

With Intel's second generation controller and 34nm MLC NAND flash memory, many might argue the internals are the best presently on the market. The read performance is definitely impressive, while the write performance will leave something to be desired. Once you see the price you may be willing to make the compromise in order to jump from a traditional hard drive to a SSD.

NZXT Beta EVO Case Review

We have just posted our review of the NZXT Beta EVO Case. This is another of NZXT's "Classic" series cases that offer a lot of value for a low price. Out of the three NZXT cases we've reviewed lately, I like the styling of the Beta EVO the best. For $60 it is pretty hard to go wrong with this case although it does lack a few fans. Check out our review for all the details.

Intel DP55WG Motherboard Review

ntel bills the DP55WG as a Media machine with a touch of Extreme. With Firewire, and a fully fledged audio solution in the form of a Realtek ALC889 which has content protection and Firewire, the DP55WG is a great solution for those wanting a Media PC with all of the features to play back Blu-Ray. Intel knows their customer base with motherboards for every need. From a performance point of view, the DP55WG performs near on par with its DP55KG in terms of performance but falls short on overclocking as one would expect from a non-Extreme board from Intel. Compatibility was excellent with the 870 and 750 working as advertised. This board is available from Newegg at $140, making a very respectable board at that price range. A solid Hot Product is to be found here, not really for the overclocker, but great for everyone else.

The new series of power supplies recently released by Zalman ha a “RS” suffix in its name which stands for “Resonant Switching”. Compared to Two-Forward Switching, the more advanced Resonant Switching minimizes “switching loss” reduces heat generation, and operates more efficiently by eliminating the need for an output inductor leading to outstanding stability and reliability…

I know what you’re thinking; Déjà vu on the case review? Nope this is not the NZXT Beta being re-posted; this is the supposedly classier brother the NZXT Beta EVO. While still a budget case my biggest question is... Is the EVO worth the extra money? Follow me as I look at the newest revision of NZXT Beta promising to offer increased cable management and a revised interior layout.

ECS Elitegroup P55H-A

"Back in September we published a launch-day Linux preview of
Intel's Lynnfield processors and provided Core i5 / Core i7 benchmarks.
With that initial testing of the Lynnfield processors and the new Intel
P55 Chipset we had used an Intel DP55KG "Kingsberg" motherboard, but
since then many P55 motherboards from different vendors have flooded the
market. One of the P55 motherboards to be introduced for the
budget-conscious consumer is the P55H-A, which comes from ECS
Elitegroup. This motherboard is very reasonably priced while offering
support for up to DDR3-2200MHz memory (in an overclock mode), solid
capacitors, dual PCI Express x16 slots, and S/PDIF audio support."

Seagate Savvio 15K.2 SAS 2.0 6Gb/s 146GB 2.5-inch Hard Disk

"Real progress for 2.5 is coming from the enterprise market where many servers have been launched with bays only for these miniature drives. The premise is simple; smaller drives means you can fit more in the same amount of space. When it comes to rack mount servers space comes at a premium and it is sold in 1.75 inch sections. In a typical 1U server where the hard drives are mounted in removable bays, you could fit four 3.5 inch bays. Take that same server and configure it for 2.5 inch drives and you can add an extra row vertically and horizontally to make it a ten drive server.

The Seagate Savvio 15K.2 is a second generation 2.5 inch form factor hard drive that uses the SAS 2.0, 6Gb/s interface. Let’s move on and see how well it fares."
