How to Perform a Dell System Restore
Computing on Demand :: Friday, June 26, 2009
There are times when simply doing a Windows restore isn't enough; you also may not have been provided with any operating system / restore CD's or DVD's for your Dell computer. Luckily for you, Dell places restore materials on a separate partition of your hard drive. If all else fails and your last resort is [...]

A Testing Hypothesis
Techgage :: Friday, June 26, 2009
Should content posted on a website be decided by its readers, or companies? Rather than have typical advertising sustain a site and support its growth, are there other avenues worth exploring? These are the questions on the table, and Senior Editor Brett Thomas has taken a hard look at both, analyzing the pros, and the far more important cons.

Hands-On with a Monster: Alienware's M17x
Digital Trends :: Wednesday, June 24, 2009
"I can't tell you how much I look forward to getting a new notebook from Alienware. This is one of the few companies that seem to understand that a gaming notebook needs to look like it eats Apple products for lunch and scares the hell out of small children before dinner. The M17x is one of those products. You actually have to see in person to get a sense for how impressive it is."

Computex 2009 Day 1
Ninjalane :: Monday, June 08, 2009
It has been a few days since the official end of Computex 2009 but that doesn't mean we don't have anything to show. (Aside from spending too much time at parties and talking with friends)

Day 1 will be our largest article and the first in the 4 day coverage including an additional booth babe edition.

Recycled PC: Old Computers with a New Purpose
Benchmark Reviews :: Monday, June 08, 2009
Frequently, we find that new technological breakthroughs make old hardware that was just fine seem quaint. Be it a race toward higher clock speeds, faster front side buses, multiple cores, etc, computers become disused and replaced. Green attitudes have dissuaded people from tossing out components that are, for all intents and purposes, quite harmful to the environment. Moreover, current operating systems are becoming more power hungry let alone the software that runs on them. What's interesting about these computers is that in many cases they're perfectly useable. Here at Benchmark Reviews, we'll provide our list of uses for recycled computers.

E3 Expo 2009: Tritton Technologies, Alienware, NEC and Turtle Beach
Futurelooks :: Sunday, June 07, 2009
Although the 2009 E3 Expo seems completely obsessed with the games, the show also brought forth some interesting products to enhance that gaming experience. Some of these products include headsets, gaming monitors and gaming laptops. We check in with Turtle Beach, Tritton Technologies, NEC and Alienware to see what’s new and what gamers should be spending their hard earned dollars on.

CyberPower Cobra Venom System Review w/ Core i7 975
Hardware Logic :: Wednesday, June 03, 2009
"For the past seven months, Intel's Core i7 965 Extreme Edition served rank as the fastest desktop processor on the planet. Today it drops down a notch, as steamrolling out of Santa Clara is the launch of Intel's newest flagship CPU and long anticipated followup, the Core i7 975 Extreme Edition. Benchmarks are in full force now that the NDA has been lifted, but rather than focus on the chip alone, we've decided to do something a little different. We're going to look at one of the first OEM systems to incorporate the new flagship part in CyberPower's Cobra Venom."
