The Lian Li PC-A7110 is one of my favorite aluminum cases. It doesn’t have a lot of eye candy in terms of acrylic windows, but is made completely of aluminum and is truly built to be a server.

Chenming Case 2003
This was one of our first modded cases. It featured a Chenming aluminum case (a very popular design at the time), various Zalman coolers, an nVidia Geforce 4 Ti-4200, and 1GB of RAM. We custom-modded some fan grills and put ball bearings on the fans, too. Of course we used blue and red cold cathodes, in addition to some MadLights!
Fan Grill Mod
Here are some photos of a simple case mod that I did with some generic case fan grills. I took some regular pliers and shaped the grills to look much more interesting. I also went to the hardware store and got some screw terminators for lights to create a “ball bearing” look.
